The Engineering Business Unit's spirit aims at improving the wellbeing and comfort of the places where people live, work and share leisure moments.

 

As the historical soul of the company, Cefla Engineering deals with EPC Contracting and builds technological installations in civil and industrial areas - from museums, hospitals and office towers to manufacturing facilities and data centers.

 

We have also operated for the past half a century in the Power Generation sector, building and managing cogeneration and trigeneration plants, helping companies take charge of their own energy requirements independently.

 

In addition, we are involved in Facility Management, the management of infrastructure, production lines and energy facilities of Major Customers in the industrial world.

 

Today, we also partner with Multiutilities, implementing cutting-edge solutions to optimize efficiency in energy and water infrastructure management.

In the suite developed together with MIPU, a company with a real vocation for prediction, IoT architectures and AI models are leveraged to manage customer processes in different business sectors, from Energy to Operations; today, it hosts three different Applications (with a water network-dedicated fourth one coming soon):

  • GENERA, dedicated to the cogeneration and energy efficiency sector
  • FABRIKA, dedicated to the enhancement of efficiency in manufacturing
  • OPTIMA, an optimizer that through AI produces the most reliable information for efficient management
