There are today many instances of Cefla's activity in the directional field, with particular reference to the so-called Tall Buildings, the directional towers.

If we think, for example, of the complex of executive buildings around Piazza Gae Aulenti in Milan - i.e. Unipol Assicurazioni Tower, Coima, Uncredit Tower - it is precisely Cefla that has coordinated the implementation of the technological systems that improve the quality of life of those who live and work there daily.


For this sector Cefla offers a variety of solutions in different areas:

  • General Contracting and EPC Contracting for the implementation of technological installations in large office complexes;
  • Complete management of its clients' real estate assets, adopting an approach based on Facility Management and Global Service of utilities for the management of complex infrastructures such as directional towers (e.g. Allianz, Prysmian and Unipol Assicurazioni in Milan etc.)
  •  Power Generation, for the creation of energy self-generation plants - both traditional versions with endothermic engines or turbines, and today's innovative SOFC Fuel Cells technology-based versions for the production of clean energy  (NOVA by Cefla)
