AT/MT

HV/MV substation upgrading

Activities range from routine and extraordinary maintenance of electromechanical equipment, including replacement of failed components such as transformers and switchboards, to construction and infrastructure work. These include excavation, laying and splicing of MV/LV cables, masonry and related road works, including in constrained areas. Also covered are installation of fault detection and alarm systems, maintenance of auxiliary and remote control systems, and refurbishment of the grounding system and cabin building structures.

MV/LV

Construction and upgrading of MV/LV substations

Activities range from routine and extraordinary maintenance of electromechanical equipment, including replacement of failed components such as transformers and switchboards, to construction and infrastructure work. These include excavation, laying and splicing of MV/LV cables, masonry and related road works, including in constrained areas. Also covered are the installation of fault detection and alarm systems, maintenance of auxiliary and remote control systems, refurbishment
of the grounding system and cabin building structures.

MV/LV faults

Work on MV/LV networks following faults

Urgent works/interventions on MV/LV secondary power distribution systems.
Such interventions/works will be carried out to repair or replace elements of the networks and electrical systems affected by failure.

Said interventions, carried out on short sections of the network affected by fault, or involving punctual replacement of damaged plant elements, may involve construction and/or rebuilding of overhead lines, excavation, cable laying, road filling and restoration, laying cables in pre-existing pipes and tunnels, construction of MV/LV splices and terminations, installation and/or replacement of secondary substations, switchgear rebuilding, and ancillary construction works.

Refurbishing nets

Medium and low voltage distribution network rehabilitation work

Works involving investments aimed at upgrading the network itself to enable better resilience to traumatic events by improving performance and reducing failures on the sections affected by the interventions.
Simultaneous realizations of fiber optic network infrastructure may be envisaged.

Finally, interventions/works are also planned for the repair or replacement of network elements and electrical systems affected by failure.

What do we deal with?

We specialize in the construction, operation and maintenance of electrical distribution networks, both in urban and industrial settings, operating on medium and low voltage. Our areas of intervention include:
-Executive and construction designof electrical installations in line with CEI and ARERA regulations, with focus on efficiency, safety and scalability.
-Constructionand installation of both overhead and undergroundelectrical conductors, using minimally invasive techniques and advanced protection systems to ensure reliability and durability.
-Installationof transformer substations, switchboards and protection devices, both prefabricated and custom, integrated in complex or high-density urban environments.
-Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance with always-on operating teams and advanced diagnostic systems to reduce plant downtime and prevent failures.
-Smart street lightingand smart grid installations, for optimized management of electricity flows, energy efficiency and integration with renewable energy.
-Digital integrationand remote supervision, thanks to IoT sensing, artificial intelligence and platforms such as EN.VISION, to check network status, intervene in advance and monitor performance through KPIs.

en.vision

en.vision is a modular platform that, through predictive techniques, enables the analysis of data in real time, but more importantly, enables the generation of reliable information that allows networks to be managed in the most accurate and efficient manner.

Efficient networks

With en.vision it is possible:

-PREVENT breakdownsand overloads through predictive models based on Artificial Intelligence, which analyze network parameters and historical data in real time to anticipate any critical issues.
-OPTIMIZEELECTRICAL NETWORK PERFORMANCE by reducing energy consumption, improving service quality, and decreasing unscheduled outages.
-ABILITATEPREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE and remote infrastructure monitoring, with integrated visualization on customized dashboards to control KPIs, alarms and intervention priorities.
-REDUCEOPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT COSTS by increasing network reliability through timely and targeted interventions, with positive impacts on service continuity and sustainability.

maintenance digital age

Digitization changes our way of life.

How to do maintenance in the digital age?

Computerization is the only way forward.

  • Lean and secure processes, big data analysis
  • remote and offline usability, speed of response and intervention
  • integration with customer sw
  • digitized reporting, computerization of documentation
  • resource optimization, productivity monitoring via predefined kpi

The progress of the work is always updated in real time, via tablet; when the intervention is completed, the customer receives an immediate alert. Thanks to digital transformation, our customers find in Cefla Tech an innovative and irreplaceable support.
