The building, characterised by a structure that houses a charming garden in the centre, has two distinct parts: the offices and technical rooms of the headquarters and the Research and Development department with rooms used as laboratories.

The intervention ensured the efficiency and reliability of the systems, contributing to the wellbeing of users and the sustainability of the building.
Implementation
The Facility Management service was launched in 2015 to coincide with the opening of the Allianz Tower. Cefla has implemented an integrated management system, coordinating maintenance and monitoring activities in collaboration with the building management team.
