A project started in November 2024 - strongly supported by the Engineering BU thanks also to the first-hand involvement of our colleagues in the BU People & Organization area - born out of the desire to factually invest in the future and respond to the growing need for highly specialized experts in our sector.
Twelve young students embarked on an intense journey - an 800-hour paid apprenticeship training course - alternating 400 hours of high-level theoretical training with 400 hours of practical experience directly "in the field," within our Cefla Engineering Business Unit..
The result? Today we celebrate future professionals: ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ปs, ๐ฆ๐ถ๐๐ฒ Managers and ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ปs, who have acquired technical and practical skills, ready to face the challenges of the market and grow with us.
