A path that began in November 2024 - in which our Engineering BU strongly believed, thanks also to the firsthand involvement of our colleagues in the BU People & Organization area - born out of the desire to concretely invest in the future and respond to the growing need for specialized figures in our sector.
Twelve young students embarked on an intense journey - an 800-hour paid apprenticeship training course - alternating 400 hours of high-level theoretical training with 400 hours of practical experience directly "in the field," within our Engineering Business Unit. Cefla Engineering.
The result? Today we celebrate future professionals, such as ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป, ๐ฆ๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป, who have acquired technical and practical skills, ready to face the challenges of the market and grow with us.
This success would not have been possible without an extraordinary network of collaboration:
๐ต A huge "thank you" to all participants for their dedication, curiosity and enthusiasm. You are the future!
๐ต Special thanks to the mentors and colleagues from Cefla who, with passion and expertise, guided all the students, transferring valuable know-how.
๐ต Our gratitude goes to the key partners who believed in and contributed to this project: the Lavoropiรน SpA agency, the Demetra Formazione training institution, the University of Bologna - Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and the ISS "Francesco Alberghetti" of Imola.
The IFTS course was financed with resources from European funds of the Emilia-Romagna Region.
Talent Hub Cefla is proof that investing in training, creating synergies with the territory and "knowing and being known" is the right way to build tomorrow.
Congratulations to all and ad maiora!
